When it comes to packages to be delivered to your door they will not attempt to deliver it. And will just give you a paper to go pick it up at the post office. The sad thing is that I have a camera in front of my door and nobody showed up. So what's the point of paying for that option? If they won't even provide you.

Everyone is really nice and helpful, especially Ms. Kay the Post Master. But there's one girl there that I've had to deal with, that works at the window that is just kind of hostile and passive aggressive for no reason. Just unpleasant. I try to avoid her at all cost.

The absolute worst post office i have ever seen. Let me count the reasons: 1. Carriers lie about package deliveries. I had two occurrences of package tracking info indicating my packages were Delivered, yet I had never received them. One of them was prescription mecication, which created a major issue with my medical provider. Upon contacting the post office, one of the "Delivered" packages was still at the post office, while the prescription was apparently delivered to the wrong address and never recovered. Awful! 2. They delay moving your mail forward. I dropped off a pre-labeled priority package on a Monday. It didn't start tracking until Thursday. It should have been arriving to its destination by that time. Awful! 3. Understaffed or under-scheduled. The line could be out to door and there are only one or two windows open...always. Awful! 4. No follow up when there is an issue. When handling matters of their awful service, the branch supervisor is poor at following up, requiring return visits to the post office to get to resolution. Calling would be great if they'd answer the phone. Unfortunately, this is the main post office in my area for mail deliveries, but I will NEVER utilize this location again for any window service. If there were an option to have my regular mail handled by another location, I'd do it in a heartbeat.

This is literally the only post office where I actually get serviced right. I don’t know the lady’s name but the receipt says “clerk 15.” Just want to let her know thank you for being a nice person. I know customer service is not easy (trust me, I know) but somehow you are still kind. Not like in other places….. Anyway, the only reason I don’t give it full stars is because they only have the poor woman working alone. They need to hire more staff at the windows.
