This place is horrendous. I came here on my lunch break and made an appointment for a passport photo to be told to go to UPS instead without any explanation or apology.
It was Completely disrespectful of my time and the energy I wasting getting there… i cannot simply “ go to UPS” bc i have a limited amount of time to complete the passport photo- hence the reason why i made an appointment.
There were signs all over the establishment saying passport photos and there was literally a white screen set up for the photos.

I’m disappointed with this post office because of the consistently long wait times. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the location is clearly understaffed, which makes service slow and frustrating. I expected a more efficient experience, and it’s been disappointing that delays seem to be the norm.
