It was Completely disrespectful of my time and the energy I wasting getting there… i cannot simply “ go to UPS” bc i have a limited amount of time to complete the passport photo- hence the reason why i made an appointment. There were signs all over the establishment saying passport photos and there was literally a white screen set up for the photos.
