  They charged me $61 and never delivered anything, they will not take my calls, or allow me to cancel. I had to dispute with bank, its the only way.

  The overwhelming majority of positive reviews of the service from primo brands, are made by accounts with only one comment in the entire history of their account, or they go to different primo brand locations and give the same positive feedback. fishy operation scheme. getting started with a delivery service is easy enough, but they make canceling and possible. and they will do everything they can to upcharge you along the way. personally when I switched my payment method to credit card, I discovered they've been adding a 2.5% hitting credit card fee, that doesn't show up on the invoice. when I tried canceling through the website, there's clearly no way to actually cancel a subscription on their website, when I went by phone, they made it impossible for me to cancel my subscription. The first time I tried to cancel was over 6 months ago, they hooked me with a discount deal, where they promised to remove the delivery fee and subtract $5 off of each delivery total for the next 6 months. they only honored that deal for one month then they reassume the full delivery charge. when I finally noticed I decided to call them and they did it again they offered me a temporary discount deal, but I wasn't going to fall for it again. so when I asked them just to close my account, they more or less wouldn't let me close the account. I decided to test their nefarious intentions, by deliberately asking if I was charged a deposit for the containers. and they do charge you an initial deposit for the containers, which is $20 depending on the size of your first delivery, the operator on the phone said that there are no existing deposits on my account. so they clearly have nefarious intentions of trying to prevent you from canceling and if you do try to cancel they are going to try to charge you penalties for trying to cancel. if you're okay with this nonsense, then good for you, but if you are in a situation like I was, the best thing you can do is call your credit card firm tell them to block all future charges, and if you gave them your debit card, call your bank tell them to cancel your debit card and send you a new one, because these people will keep charging you. All these practices are illegal in the state of California yet they are the number one water delivery service in the state. it makes no sense.

  DO NOT SIGN UP!! Made the mistake of falling for their pitch at a fair. After a few deliveries we tried to cancel and after multiple calls and emails they still feel entitled to keep pulling from our bank. It's to late for us but save yourself from this nightmare company.

  I'm extremely unsatisfied with Primo Water..they are liars, they fluctuate on charges and have to be called on it, and the service and delivery sucks 100%. I canceled them because they screwed with my account numerous times, put me on auto-pay without my permission and lied about removing it, taking out money 3X. After canceling their service, 2 weeks later THEY STILL DELIVERED and tried to charge me. Don't bother getting good service because the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. One star is too many.
