    Be careful with this company. They will take over $300 from your account when that wasn’t the authorized payment and then they won’t deliver your water and make you wait weeks. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. EDIT: 2 weeks later and this company charged my for an upcoming delivery AFTER I returned the dispenser, open bottles, waited 10 days for my refund of money they basically stole!!! TO HAVE MORE MONEY STOLEN FROM ME BT THIS COMPANY! Thief’s

    Title: Unreliable Service and Useless Customer Support For the second month in a row, I have not received my water delivery. I currently have seven empty water bottles sitting outside my door, and I’m down to my last one. As a disabled veteran, this experience has been especially frustrating. Primo Water/ReadyRefresh customer service is completely unhelpful—they only repeat the same information shown on the app or website and have no way to contact their drivers to find out why deliveries aren’t happening as scheduled. Because of this, I’ve had to disrupt my neurological medication routine just to wake up early at 6:30 a.m. in case they arrive—but they never do. This is unacceptable and harmful to my health. Their customer service and supervisor lines are also poorly managed. The supervisor line closes on East Coast time, leaving West Coast customers like me with no access to help or escalation when issues occur. At this point, I’m done. I will no longer spend another dime with Primo/ReadyRefresh. I’m finding another water company that’s reliable, accountable, and actually cares about its customers. If you value dependable service and respect for your time, avoid Primo Brands/ReadyRefresh at all costs. ⭐ 1 star.

    Talk about the worst customer service. The prices fluctuate so much it’s ridiculous but whatever. I have a card on file (current/not expired). So tell me why I was charged for sat month and this month PLUS a $20 late fee. Who was late? They were at charging me. When I called I was met by the rudest customer service representative- Mark I believe. Could do nothing for me but refund the $20 late which would take 20+ business days (make that make sense). I decided to cancel my service. Prices were said to go up again on my next bill and frankly the convenience just isn’t worth the cost anymore. When I asked for clarification on the pick up date of my cooler and jugs he said ‘ I already told you it was Monday’. FULL on attitude. I had not been rude and even said I know the mistake wasn’t his fault. I’m sure this will go nowhere but Ready Refresh you need to do better.

    The worst delivery service, this office time and time again they fail to deliver my water!!! I am on the phone with customer service managers just for them to tell me they can't get a hold of anyone at this office, can't verify wether or not my rescheduled delivery will even arrive!!
