After a few deliveries we tried to cancel and after multiple calls and emails they still feel entitled to keep pulling from our bank. It's to late for us but save yourself from this nightmare company.

I canceled them because they screwed with my account numerous times, put me on auto-pay without my permission and lied about removing it, taking out money 3X. After canceling their service, 2 weeks later THEY STILL DELIVERED and tried to charge me. Don't bother getting good service because the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. One star is too many.

Why am I paying a rental when I can't get the bottles needed to keep it full for an entire month? Seems like they're purposely limiting the number of bottles delivered to force you into more frequent deliveries. With a delivery fee each trip. Will be complaining to Costco about this service too, hope they stop promoting in stores.

EDIT: 2 weeks later and this company charged my for an upcoming delivery AFTER I returned the dispenser, open bottles, waited 10 days for my refund of money they basically stole!!! TO HAVE MORE MONEY STOLEN FROM ME BT THIS COMPANY! Thief’s
