  Fed Ex Colma location is exceptional in all areas. Starting with Excellent knowledge of Fed Ex store products and operations plus the amazing experience in matching the customer needs with their requests and projects. I came into the store wanting to create something custom made for my client and friend 104th. Birthday. I knew what I wanted but had no idea of how to make it happen. I was a bit discouraged when I entered the store.But thing started turning around immediately due to the Positive actions and sincere customer service I received from Neal and Noreen, yes they turned everything around for be. They listened and paid attention to every detail and and were very considerate of my wishes and they gave me very valuable instructions on how to create and complete my project myself. "Yay" Between The Three Us My Project Was A Success!! Words can't describe my appreciation to Both Neal and Noreen they stuck it out with me, Being Friendly and Patient until I completed this Precious Poster and Selecting the proper easel. Now I'm all set for the 104th Birthday Party Tomorrow. So happy I could achieved my friend heart desire by creating this awesome poster with her favorite color and the words she wanted this piece to express about her.   Azeneth served me today, she was not nice and she charged extra fee for a rush print while store was empty and she was sitting. She charged to resize a file also for no reason since no resize but just printing a standard size. I realize why they have a bad ranking.

  I'll start with the good - the print quality is always good, what I've come to expect from Fedex. Not as good as Vistaprint or others online, but much faster than those online options. The bad: 1) The thing that happens all the time... I order print jobs online, and come in to pick them up. There's almost always a huge line, and even though I've already paid and waited several hours, I still wind up waiting in line another 15+ minutes. PLEASE create a self-serve workflow for people who order online, to come pick up their print jobs without having to wait. I am a small business owner and I have a lot on my plate. It's 2026 - almost every store that offers "BOPIS" has figured this out by now. 2) The most recent visit... I submitted my order late morning/early afternoon on a weekday. 16 copies of an 11x17 flyer....should be pretty turnkey. The estimate says next day 10am. Unfortunately that doesn't work for me, I'll be out of town for several days and I need to get them to the event venue today. So I wait until 7:15pm (they close at 8) and drive across town to the store. I'm greeted by a guy in a Raider's football jersey with his Fedex nametag hanging upside down. I explain my situation - and then I spot my completed print job sitting on the counter behind the rep..."awesome they're already done!" But here's where it gets ridiculous. The guy starts to lecture me that the prints are not ready until tomorrow. I say "they're sitting right there." And he says "I'll give them to you this one time...but going forward, we are only going to honor the time that was quoted." It certainly wasn't worth arguing. Such a simple print job, 16 copies of a 5MB file. Push the button and it's done in under 5 minutes. And it's already done, sitting right there two feet away. But the guy who can't even be bothered to dress professionally, or even wear his nametag correctly, feels it's his job to lecture me. Most print shops would be like "ok, sir, let me see what we can do to help you expedite this order.....thank you for being a regular customer." (after all, I've spent thousands with fedex office). But not this guy....it's all about him. So disappointing.

  I sent in a phone for return back to Samsung through this FedEx this past week and was told by Samsung that my return could not be accepted because the actual phone was missing from the package. BEWARE OF EMPLOYEES STEALING FROM YOUR PACKAGES AFTER YOU DROP OFF.
