- RRRynoJan 14, 20261.0So my post is about not receiving my packages. I always order things online because for one it's very difficult to get to far distances for the needs or the things that I really have to have for work or for myself. However, today, I'm certain of the packages that is supposed to be delivered today by 12:10pm today. The person who is supposed to deliver the parcel box locker on 415 near rancho ramon dr. either stole my packages or put the keys in someone's mailbox. Legitimately, it's been a year next month that I've lived up here and haven't seen the 3 past packages I've ordered and is supposed to be delivered through usps just like the packages that were "delivered " by 12:10pm which are not in my possession still and supposedly won't be here to my address until 9pm tonight. This is looking like a fake usps location to me and a few other people. This place needs to get their act together and stop taking/misplacing everyone's packages. I'm from LA and nothing like this ever has happened to me until I moved up here. Yet FedEx and ups and even Amazon always has the packages delivered correctly. Why can't the people who work in this facility do anything right. I'm fed up with their service. Someone needs to do investigations on the place and people who work there.

The post office is haphazardly allowing some mail to go through to my address but not all? I have mail that a bank told me isn’t going through and Sierra Tel messaged me about a late payment and called me asking if we have a mail receptacle because their mail is being returned and they are being told that. My house has a mailbox, I live here. I asked if there was mail being held and the worker didn’t even give me the time of day to look and check my address, they dismissed me. I want to know…are you holding my mail? There was a big line so I left but I am deeply dissatisfied and disappointed in the service here and see why this post office has an alarming rate of single star reviews. Did Private Equity buy this office? I wasn’t even allowed to use a pen to write the address so I left and was told I could BUY one to write the address on my box, for reals? even a piece of tape would be close to $2. Really? I can’t even use a writing utensil to write an address? You want me to buy one? Just wow.
