- JJJack jSep 2, 20251.0Absolutely terrible service. Perfect example of government waste. Website says notice left pickup starts at 7am but they don't open til 9am. Talked to a worker there at the window after ringing bell and was told they can't do anything. Wish this government service would be completely restructured.

With that said if you have one large package that they can’t fit in the box or if one isn’t available they won’t deliver any of your other packages until you drive up and get it. Closing at four in the afternoon also makes this hard. BUT they are open around 10am on Saturday for package pick up. I know the staff is trying to do the best with what the have but it is so frustrating to have 100% of your orders just stop because there wasn’t space or your neighbor ordered too many things from Amazon. Again, the staff and folks at the front desk are doing their best and I see that this isn’t on them and that they are equally frustrated with everything.
