- RRRaelySep 9, 20255.0Very helpful and knowledgeable. I have visited several times needing assistance for different reasons and staff was very courteous and was very good at everything they have helped me with. I'm so thankful to have the Coalinga Post Office and their great staff.
- KOKay OwenMay 22, 20251.0I had a couple of parcels sent to this office to pick up as General Delivery, which were immediately returned to sender (despite having the correct address and our contact phone #) What really got me was how the clerk responded. She was practically chipper when she told me it was sent back, and that there was nothing she could do at that point. The postmaster claimed he would try to have them sent back and would call me either way to let me know the next steps. I haven't heard from them. One parcel was delivered to my mail forwarding service, the other is sitting somewhere in limbo. Their one mistake will cost me several hundred dollars (to pay for a prescription out of pocket). But don't worry, the clerk says it's "okay". The lack of professionalism from the bottom up will hit you in the face as soon as you walk in.

They are not able to process "scan forms" ( a single bar code that checks in multiple shipments) but they where willing to manually scan each package, and did it quickly. Processed 12 packages, in and out in under 5 mins.
