  They reduced the number of parking spots causing people to have no choice but to drop passengers off and circle the lot continuously. Making matters worse are employees parking in the public lot rather than the employee-only lot. They desperately need to relocate to a larger location or open a 2nd location in East Clovis.

  There is an employee at front counter called Cici, she was not only ignorant about sending packages to Canada but very nasty in front of a large line of people waiting. She insisted they have zip codes in Canada. She had no idea Canada does not use zip codes; it uses a six-character alphanumeric system called a postal code, which was right on the address attendees den, she also had a problem with the name of the city, I tried to explain the name of the location and city are the same and the address was correct, is such a large place the city and location are the same. I showed her the address in 5 different locations on line including Mapquest and she wanted me to invent a zip code out of thin air as if I could. She then complained because it did not say State, she did not understand the standard English and French initials for Quebec in addressing and postal contexts are QC and Qc is a province and the Qc is the code for Quebec she was very irritated at her own ignorance then she stated the package would be right back because that's what "I wanted," including her little friend who even though tried to tell her Quebec was a state was as ignorant and rude, as if I want to pay $60.00 for the package to be right back because of their ignorance, I took the package from her and requested a supervisor or someone more knowledgeable. A Steve came back from break and helped me, he did not have any problems putting it through just the way the address was as it was correct. The Cici needs better training, a better attitude, more charity and humility at her own ignorance and boy she needs to work away from human beings, she is not able to treat people with courtesy even after being completely wrong. Post office management your rating is already lacking, most businesses are excelling in service, you are on your way to a rating of 1 out of 5. Please get better employees with better values and training. There are many other locations I could have used which I will from now on. Never going back.

  They continue to lose packages, I ordered shoes and sunglasses total cost of 700 dollars GONE ALL BECAUSE THEY CANNOT DELIVER TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS

  They have enough money to repave the parking lot, yet simultaneously unable to have adequate lighting inside. You can definitely tell it's government funded!

  Very very poor service, they keep delivering mail addressed to Dolce Vita Office on Herndon/McKelvy to wrong mailboxes within the apartment community. If you send the office a letter or pmt, mailman delivers it to a tenant mailbox. This keeps happening over and over. Either he is blind or dumb. The apartment complex calls them to fix this, mailman fixes for a few months and then goes back to delivering to the wrong mailbox. And the mail just sits there until that tenant checks and sees he is getting all the apartment office mail and even rent checks. Stupid mailman!!!! The office mailbox is CLEARLY LABELED OFFICE!!!! READ IT!!!!
