    Extremely upset. I came into return an Amazon package. I walked up to the counter and put my package and my arms onto the counter directly into a puddle of something. I pointed out to the clerk that the counter was wet/oily. Her response was “ oh yeah, it’s goo gone, I forgot that was there. No apology, no attempt to clean it up. I asked about my package and was told I would need to an additional box for $15. During all of this I am trying to wipe the goo gone off my hands… I finally asked for a paper towel. The clerk disappeared into the back and came back with a paper towel. I wiped my hands off and told her “ how about I leave this here for you to clean up so someone else doesn’t lean in it”. The clerk seemed to be confused by my comment. What the heck?

    Vanessa was very efficient and friendly. I appreciated that because I was in a hurry. This store can be very busy so I like the option to use their kiosks. They do it all there.

    Generally the UPS Store's staff is personable and often fun and friendly! This store in particular with Vanessa, Maddie and the other young lady today - they are always sweet when I'm an Amazon MESS. lol. PLUS ease of use/convenience of locations of the stores.
