  Had a package on hold for pickup specifically to be released only to me with my ID and signature, and this office released it to someone else. Manager was actually courteous enough to get my contact number and give me the “under investigation” spiel, but other than that, I have never heard from anybody else until after more than a month saying that they did follow protocol in releasing the package to someone else with my tracking number and an ID.

  DO NOT USE THIS FED EX STORE. I've never been treated so rude by store personnel. The line was out the door. Each clerk was trying to help several people at once. I asked the first clerk, a female that was taking boxes and trying to tell us she'd be right with us, I told her I did not want self service fax, I wanted someone to do it for me please. When I got to the front of the front of the line I told "Hunter" the same thing, I needed someone to do it. I cannot do it right now. (I just received an cancer infusion) He led me to a self serve machine and procedes to tell me the first couple buttons to push, then he went to help two other people. I was almost shouting to get someone to come help me finish but " Hunter sent over someone even worse. Feeling frustrated, I put my phone and purse on the table again and she says to me "If you're going to slam your phone on the counter I don't have to help you." I was very angry after that. I had already been in the store for 45 minutes. I repeated myself again about them faxing it not me. The clerk says "Well that's an extra $2.50." I said "I don't mind paying that charge if you would just fax this for me please." They said they faxed it but it hasn't gone through yet. After my clerk helps two other people she checks on my fax after ten more minutes pass. Then I pay $11.48 for faxing 5 pages. It took an hour. Even people at self service had to pay a clerk so they also kept cutting in the line to pay and go. To little staff and they need more training on how to treat a frustrated customerand to listen to what the customer asks for and try to comply. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

  I see my son only one month out of the year, and during our last visit I bought him a Razor MX350. As shown in the photos, we restored and upgraded the bike together. He was extremely excited about it, but shortly afterward he had to return to Washington State. He asked if I could ship the bike to him, so I decided to send it through FedEx. I packed the bike securely with foam to ensure it would not be damaged during transit. The tracking initially showed that it was scheduled for delivery, but it never arrived. For three months, I contacted FedEx to find out what happened. During this time, Tia from the Security Team was assigned to my case. I left multiple messages over the course of three months, but I never received a call back. On November 3, I called again for an update. I was informed that Tia had noted she attempted to contact me on October 24, yet I have no missed calls or voicemails from anyone at FedEx. Additionally, she documented that the box was reportedly empty. I do not understand how this could be possible, considering FedEx has had possession of the package the entire time. I am requesting clear information and resolution regarding the disappearance of my son’s bike and the handling of this shipment.

  Self serve stations weren't working properly (i wasnt the only customer having an issue) so I walked to the counter to see if they could just print something for me the 1st guy told me no , just to wait to see if the email comes through. I waited a few more mins-still nothing and I checked and I had three holds on my bank account. So I go back up to the front and a different gentleman Micah came and helped me & printed the document. Thank you Micah for being the only person doing their job in that building.
