- NMNoah MitchellDec 10, 20252.0The woman working the counter at 2:15 on Tuesday, December 9 was quite rude. Two stars for doing her job and receiving the package but only two stars for doing the bare minimum. She spoke incredibly fast and strung together sentences into one word, but spoke slowly enough to understand to the man before me. When I misheard her and responded incorrectly, she repeated what she said but gave me a stare. And when given the option for how I want my receipt on the screen, she did not wait for me to choose (all but two seconds) before she chose for me and printed the receipt. The whole time her demeanor was cold. Federal employees are supposed to treat everybody equally not preferentially, particularly with customers. Some people are hard of hearing and need words enunciated. And options are meant to be options, not opportunities to deny agency to customers.

The person behind the desk said its just human error that it was put into the wrong box and oh well. That's BS. That's a poor excuse for being bad at your job. I will have to use FedEx going forward. Im outraged.
