You have to call by phone number to let them know you’re there most of the time I go. And the fact that they don’t follow directions when you ask for your package to be left in a locked box is very infuriating. Their excuse is. “We forgot” or “there weren’t any boxes to lock your package in” One is a lie. When I checked a few times I have asked them to do this there are many open boxes with no keys in them. Hope they defund the USPS. Getting my next day delivery packages are such a hassle with them. Why can’t we have a mail box and get mail delivered properly
