    The convenience of this location is the only positive. The customer service is consistently poor, and the atmosphere feels uncomfortable and unwelcoming. When the Amazon kiosk line becomes extremely long, employees do not offer assistance or step in to help manage it, even when the rest of the store is empty. As a customer, you never know what to expect—whether the line will be long or short, or whether anyone will help at all. I’ve interacted with multiple employees here, and none have been friendly, proactive, or willing to go beyond the bare minimum. Overall, the lack of professionalism and customer care makes this location frustrating to use. Will not return

    I received a notice that I needed to pick up a package at this UPS location. I came in the next day, and was brushed off by an employee. She was on the phone with someone else while talking to me, implied that the package was probably being re-delivered already anyway, and after asking me to “stick around” (I assumed to wait until she got off the phone) she called for the next customer and completely ignored me. After 24 hours my package was still not delivered, so I filed a package re-delivery request on the UPS website as directed. It is now over a week later and I have received no updates or information about my package. I have called UPS four times, visited my local UPS store twice, and attempted to contact the original shipper all with no luck. I’ve been told I need to pick up a package, was ignored when I tried to do so, and followed the directions on UPS to have my package delivered, only to learn that even without notifying me my package is now considered “lost.” I am unable to file a claim online, over the phone, or in person. This feels like a system designed perfectly for UPS to steal packages with absolutely no consequences. At this point I don’t even care if I get my package or not, if a refund is all I can get that's fine. But I will not let this go and I will not be easy to steal from. UPS, if I am not given an opportunity to file a claim with your company in the next month, I will pursue legal action.

    Beautiful morning in Claremont! Came into UPS with 2 return packages. One of the package didn't need to be packaging as Amazon states UPS will package for me, however I packages it. The 2nd package was also packaged. However, it needs 1 strip of tape across the top and the "manager" states that they charge $1 dollar to do that. Uhhhh, I states that I just saved you a little bit of trouble by packaging one of the item to see what she would say... And for folks who aren't customer centric will reply as she did... "Well you already did it so I'll take it, but yes go ahead and swipe your credit card for $1. Seriously treat others as how you want to be treated. Ughhhhh
