The staff was helping a man activate his mailbox while chatting at the same time, and another person was getting a document notarized. People in line just looked at each other in disbelief. I was only sending a package, yet had to wait 20 minutes. What an unreasonable staffing arrangement! Is everyone’s time meant to be wasted like this?
