I came to this post office only because I got out from work late and needed to mail out some envelopes for Mother’s Day… The worst experience by a very rude teller with the name Bobbie Clerk #2 she has long cat nails with a long curly wig/weave… She was rude to all the customers and I was the only one to address her behavior but quickly another customer joined by saying you are very rude! You must not like your job! Because you are being rude to all the customers in here.
We are all paying customers and without us she and others wouldn’t have a job! Customers should be provided superior service and if you don’t like serving your customers you should be sitting in the back sorting the mail and not work up front where the customers are.

Jennifer and Ronnie are probably the rudest post office employees ive ever dealt with. This post office had bad reviews but i didnt expect them to be that awful, now im surprised they have any good reviews at all. Ronnie is extremely lazy. She sits at the desk completely uninterested and sighs whenever someone walks up like its such an inconvenience she has to do her job. Jennifer as the manager seems less interested in solving problems rather than having the last word. I didnt even end up giving my package to them cause i didnt trust that they would properly take care of it after that. Literally worst post office ive ever been to. Absolutely insane.
Edit: Im glad i didnt give them my package because from the looks of these reviews this place does not prioritize packages (crazy considering that this is the united states POSTAL service) many have complained about packages getting stuck there for days or never arriving after going through this facility.

If I could choose a zero-star rating, I definitely would. The staff's attitude was extremely rude. I had an appointment today to apply for my baby's passport. I arrived earlier than my appointment time, and I even had my husband and baby wait in the car while I queued up to ask if it was possible to apply early. If not, I would wait in the car until my appointment time arrived before going in. When it was my turn in line, I told the lady serving me that I arrived earlier than my appointment time and didn't know if I could be processed immediately or if I would have to wait. She didn't answer my question at all; she only said two words: "how many!" I was very confused about what she meant, so I asked her what it meant. She impatiently repeated "how many!" and raised her voice while deliberately slowing down her speech. I was very embarrassed, so I politely asked again what she meant—how much earlier I arrived, or something else? She then answered me in a very sarcastic tone, asking who I was processing the applications for. Only then did I realize she was referring to the number of people being processed. I had specifically chosen a photo-taking area during my appointment, and I had seen the photo area while waiting in line, but she told me they didn't allow photos and I needed to bring my own. I asked her if the appointment website accepted photos, but she impatiently said we didn't take photos. Since I hadn't prepared my own photos, finding a place to take them and coming back might cause me to miss my appointment. I asked if there was a time limit for passport processing today, and if not, I'd like to reschedule. She still spoke very rudely, saying I needed to be back on time. At this point, I didn't want to stay there any longer, so I politely said I needed to cancel my appointment because I was suddenly notified to bring my own photos, and I might not have enough time. She didn't give me any answer, so I asked again if I needed to cancel online myself. This time, she replied that she would cancel it, but she didn't even ask for the name of the person who made the appointment.so bad experience

On Saturday, March 14, 2026, my husband, my child, and I embarked on a quest to apply for passports. After facing rude and indifferent employees at three different post offices, we were feeling quite disheartened. However, by the grace of GOD, we decided to try at the City of Industry post office on Gale Avenue. To our great relief, there was no line, and we were greeted by a wonderful employee named Bell a kind Asian woman wearing glasses.
Bell’s demeanor was a breath of fresh air. She treated us with the utmost respect and guided us through the passport application process with exceptional professionalism and courtesy. Her service made us feel valued, appreciated and welcomed, reminding us that there are still individuals who understand the true meaning of respect and genuinely love their job. We left the post office feeling uplifted and grateful for her kindness. Thank you, Bell’s for restoring our faith in customer service! Because of Bell’s professionalism, respect, and kindness this post office deserves more than five stars.but because of a latino woman Karina and an African American woman Ranell this post office doesn’t deserve not even one star, please read below for more details
On March 17, 2026, at 11:45 AM, I visited the post office on Gale Ave in the City of Industry with my child. Unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. I encountered a staff member named Karina, who was handling passport applications. Her demeanor was notably rude and cold, lacking any semblance of empathy.
When I inquired about another employee, whom I believed was named Luz, I was met with laughter from Karina and another staff member, an African American woman named Ranell. This mockery continued even after I asked them to stop, leaving me feeling disrespected and humiliated.
It has been over a week since I left my information with the supervisor, Oscar, for the postmaster, Luz, to contact me, but I have yet to receive a response. I strongly advise anyone seeking respectful service to consider other options, as my experience at this post office was deeply disappointing.
