    Cassandra was very kind and helpful. Even though we got there five minutes before the post office closed, she took the time to look up our package and give us all the information we needed for it. She didn’t rush us and answered all of our questions. Thank you for the great service!

    Extremely disappointing customer service experience. We arrived at the post office around 11:00 AM to fill out a passport application. The clerk, Karina, told us we needed to bring a birth certificate and ID — which was fair. We left immediately to grab the documents and returned by 11:55 AM, well before noon. When we came back, Karina informed us that “walk-ins were now over,” even though she had never mentioned that there was a cutoff time. When we politely asked if she could make an exception — since we had been there earlier and followed her instructions — she became aggressive, dismissive, and visibly annoyed, rolling her eyes and making sounds of frustration. I understand policies are policies, but basic courtesy and communication cost nothing. Instead of showing any understanding or professionalism, she treated us as if we were a nuisance. If this location values customer service, I hope management addresses how their staff speaks to the public — especially during something as important as a passport process.

    Great service, came for a passport renewal. I would have given it 5 stars but when I made the appt i selected with photo to save time, but when I got to the location they said their camera was broken. So I still had to go to walgreens to get a picture and come back. They need to help this location with updating their information. Everyone there was super nice and helpful though.

    Zero stars if possible. I usually go inside the post office and use the machine to scan my packages. I go there a little before 5 but everytime I go there either it's overspilling with packages or the container is missing to drop off the packages. I usually wear my sandals. Due the bin missing when I arrived, I had to go to the back dock to drop off my packages. Since I was wearing my sandals, I did not step inside and asked the worker who was sitting there for help. She said she was too "busy" to grab my packages and that I couldn't enter to do it myself. Ridiculous.

    Honestly, I've been a bit disappointed with this location lately. I've noticed that when I order certain things, for some reason, they'll send the package to LA (for reference, I live in whittier, which isn't far at all from this location) just for them to send it back to city of industry, or back to whittier's post office (when they could've sent it directly to whittier's office. On one or two occasions, for some reason, my package was sent back out of state and THEN back to me. Genuinely, this is disappointing. I try to be patient because I do work in logistics and know how it can be when the system goes down or whatever the issue is. But I've seen it happen way too frequently. Not only with myself, but seeing how others have made similar complaints about this location..... ya'll need to come up with a better sorting plan or somethiny
