- AEAlvin Clyde EvangelistaMay 5, 20221.0After their app failed to finish the application process, I was stuck. I didn't know who to go to, so I said "Good, they have an in-person office. I went to the office to try to get my problem resolved, and I was told that everything went through okay and that I would receive an email about testing procedures that I needed to complete and that I would be emailed in the afternoon about it. I never was emailed, so I thought, well, they might be busy. I called in the next day, and told someone else from the location that someone spoke to me about testing procedures yesterday, and they asked my name and said they would let her know. I did not receive anything so two days later, I used the email given by the app, and three days after that no email response. No phone response. So after 7 days of contacting them in-person, by phone, and by email, absolutely no response, for just a sign in. I know that if I have any issues with anything with this company, hopefully not payments. I would have serious issues trying to resolve it.
