If I was able this would be a zero star review. I'm extremely disappointed in USPS, specifically this location. I ordered a package worth upwards of $200. The mailing process went smooth until the delivery date. I received an email stating my package had arrived, I checked my mailbox and there was no package, no parcel key for a larger mailbox. My partner went into this location on my behalf the next day to figure out what happened to my package. The supervisor on duty stated they were searching for the package and they would send the carrier on route to double check if my package was delivered incorrectly or to the wrong address. Same day I called USPS customer service to see if there was any update and I was informed a case was opened for the tracking number attached to my package. I call 2 days later and the case for my package was closed. I did not receive any updates or reason why my case was closed. Have been checking my mailbox since and still no luck. There's no reason the case should've been closed if my package still isn't in my mailbox or in my hands. Not only that but the supervisor on shift that I spoke with told me they would call me with an update before the end of the day. No call. No update. They need to get it together because I will never trust them with my mail again.

My experience is specifically with the passport office. Both times I’ve visited (for passport and fingerprinting) I have encountered some of the most friendly and helpful staff here. Professional and just super kind. I booked an appointment for passport and for fingerprinting it is walk in only but you do not have to wait in passport line (check in with the staff as soon as you arrive) - fingerprinting only takes 5 minutes if that and I was told by staff, the service is available Mon-Sat (not on Sun). It cost $50 to send prints electronically to FBI for identity history requests (the initial request must be done online in advance, QR code and order number required and the $18 fee paid to FBI online). I received my summary within the hour.

Very big facility with helpful Postal employees. The place is kept very clean and plenty of public parking for conducting your regular postal needs. Also, passports are processed here.
