Then the lad argued with me about how they were charged a dollar a page at other stores when printing i said ya printing is one thing but send an email is another. Also long wait, disorganized and dont know how to print things i had to tell them how to print my forms. Also didnt ask if it was what i wanted printed before printing. Will NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN.

To be curteous we called them on the way and the service rep Joseph said come on in and he could stay open a few minute late for us, which was really nice of him to accommodate us. When we got there he was so pleasant and was over the top in regards to ensuring we felt taken care of and just gave superior service. He made sure to take extra care of our fragile package and was so jovial to help. I dont think I've ever received the level of service Joseph gave and especially not near closing time. He is truly an asset to UPS!

For donations for a school!!! Wouldnt make an exception when i explained what i was printing! Apparently, this business doesnt care about childrens education!!! What has this world come to?!?
