Stopped by Staples after a coffee run, and the store had this quiet, almost nostalgic atmosphere—like the office supply stores I visited with my dad growing up. I picked up pens and a planner, and the cashier chatted with me about paper quality and their favorite pen brands. Nothing dramatic happened, but the whole interaction genuinely lifted my mood.

Let’s start with customer service. “ Horrible “ absolutely wrenching! If you have an Amazon return here be prepared to wait!! They take no pride in helping Amazon customers and their returns . I literally stood in line for 15 min behind a guy who was here before me and three others with returns came after me an we are literally still standing here. I have one time had to make returns here get out of line from their Amazon return area to go ask for a sales associate to help me and I was rudely responded to with “ Someone will be with you when we can. We help our customers purchasing items first.” They are a priority ?!!! I was dumbfounded! With that response Literally standing here, you have five people waiting in line to make a return. I’ve seen three employees walked to the back. I see three employees standing not doing anything and every single person that comes to the checkout line is priority over potential customers making a return? How do you know I’m not there to purchase something either? How do you know the people in your Amazon return line are Staples customers they just wanna make the return first and then go shopping around the store? I was just literally dumbfounded .

Wanted to send a package through UPS. Went to the shipping center and was greeted by an employee in the copy center and was told it will be a few minutes and they called on the radio for someone to come and help. 15 minutes later, i'm still waiting. All the employees were working, they just didn't have enough. I guess management is trying to run a bare bones staff and service is suffering. I suggest going to a dedicated UPS or Fed ex office rather than coming here for shipping.

I ran into the Citrus Hight Staples five minutes before closing, fully expecting to be turned away, but the print center team didn’t even blink. They helped me finish a last-minute presentation packet for my son’s school project. They didn’t rush, didn’t sigh, didn’t make me feel like a burden. I walked out with everything perfectly bound and actually felt grateful to a store for the first time in weeks.
