  The worst experience- I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Rudest “General manger” couldn’t even help me when she answered the phone right away, she continued to hand me off to her “entitled” employee who couldn’t even listen to my order, had an attitude right away instead of addressing & accepting that there was an issue, had zero empathy, and zero solution. She then proceeded to comment,” she doesn’t need this” and rudely hung up! If she was referring to the job yes she was correct! I called back right away, politely and was still looking for help. The GENERAL MANAGER ANSWERED AGAIN very rude , telling me she was not going to help me if I am going to curse out her employees, when I never once showed any frustration towards the employee I simply laughed at her after she hung up. The employee continued being defensive for no reason yelling over her manger while they are in the phone with me. Very disrespectful and unhappy people who work here.

  I love stationary and Staples has it in spades. All your office supplies are here, you can do your copying too and get technical advice. In our mostly online world I love being able to go here and just browse. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

  Went online to order print outs. Removed one of the two orders at the end in the cart. It said it was removed. Paid. The removed items are back in the cart and I have been charged even though they weren't there when I clicked to pay (so yes, got charged more then what it said I would by roughly 50%). Called in the help number on emailed receipt. Got an automated teller saying they closed early on weekends... If your gonna sell stuff online, make certain your website works.

  I was in here earlier today . They were busy in the print shop the associate told me I could come back they were open till 9pm . I came back at 4:45pm He said we are shut down . We are short handed . I would’ve waited earlier if I would’ve thought I couldn’t get it done . He was polite . But to be honest how hard would it have been for him to hit the print button (it was oversized ) If you are short handed pay him to stay over . Frustrated . Disappointed. Won’t be back . You’ve lost my business.

  So i went to do a amazon drop off, person at the printer named mario or mariano told me to drop my amazon package on the other side of the store. No problem, went and done it. But needed to print the label for the package. I went to the self print section since he was busy talking to people for 12 minutes about political stances. Printed my things after struggling. I go to the other side of the store and my package was taken to lost and found. Waited another 12 minutes only for Emily to actually come and help me. Which i’m grateful for, we went back to the other side of the store again where the printer guy mario or mariano goes “is everything okay???”. Seriously? He could’ve helped way before. The only reason i’m giving it 3 stars is because Emily has been a great help in contrast to the guy at the printer section. i spent a whole 45 minutes in that store when i should’ve been out in less than 20!
