- MMMark MDec 23, 20251.0I would give negative stars if I could. I had a package that couldn’t be left at my home which required me to pick it up at the store. I was told to pick up my package by 3:00 PM. I was there at 2:45 PM and they informed me that the package was already picked up by the FedEx driver for return to the sender. They couldn’t be bothered with my request to check for the package (that’s right, they never even checked to see if the package was there which indicates they were just sending everything back without regard to what they were telling customers). The employees in the store were very belligerent and rudely told me my package was already gone. It is obvious these employees are jaded, angry people who hate their customers. They sent back Christmas gifts and are a couple of grinches.

I am also writing to the corporate office regarding a recent incident at their store. The entire staff should be terminated. If you desire better service, consider visiting Staples or UPS store. This establishment is subpar.
