Had a terrible experience at a FedEx store today while returning a new $2,400 computer in two boxes. A male employee took both boxes behind the counter. The female employee scanned QR codes from two different emails, repeating the process 7–8 times while asking for them repeatedly. She then gave one label to the male employee and handed me a receipt with only one tracking number, insisting it covered both packages. I called the male employee over, and he’s saying the same thing. They’re both arguing with me, telling me that I’ve got one tracking number for both packages. I questioned why only one box has a label—what would happen to the unlabeled one? Would it magically follow? The male employee gets upset, retrieves one of the boxes, returns it to me, and says I needed another QR code. Trying to show them that the two emails each have a different label code. The female employee won’t stop talking and distract me. I finally get her to stop talking and prove there is another QR code. She prints that and tells me it’s my fault. My problem is if I hadn't noticed, it would have been more than a week before I knew something was wrong. By that point the box with no tracking would have found a new home and I would be liable up to $2,400. Unclear if it was incompetence or something worse, but their process nearly cost me big. I am happy I caught it but not happy I had to fight to get them to fix it. Both employees knew that only one box had a label. What was their plan for the other box?

Barbara and Robert were not only personable but very professional. They fully understood the needs of our non-profit organization and they delivered with flying colors. They were very knowledgeable and thorough when discussing options for our printing requests. The turnaround was in a timely fashion and the product turned out great! We won't hesitate to continue business at this location.

Terrible experience tonight. Customer SERVICE rep (Miguel?) was unhelpful and dismissive. I expressed my frustration with being charged by the minute to use the computer - very slow and wouldn’t take my password multiple times. Charged $7 and only got one-page printed (time ran out so computer restarted and I had to pay again). He acted like he was fully aware of the problem and gave me some lame excuse about it being for public use (or something like that) so there was nothing he could do. Basically, his response to everything was either I don’t know or there is “literally” nothing I can do, the opposite of customer service. He should be required to take a training class. The young female was much more personable and friendly. We won’t be back to use the printers at Kinko’s.
