DO NOT EXPECT TO ACCESS YOUR PO BOX! This branch has been under construction for over 6 months. If you want to access your PO box, you have to wait in a line typically 15 people deep for an employee to go fetch it for you. And ONLY between the hours of 10:20 a.m. - 4:15p.m. Monday-Friday. I paid for the year in advance - I am sad.

I hate saying this, but USPS does a terrible job helping customers locate and track packages that are lost—especially those lost inside the Chula Vista facility at 750 3rd Ave. This is the second time in one year that a package has been misplaced while in USPS custody, and staff have been unable—or unwilling—to locate it within their own facility. Unless you repeatedly visit the post office in person and specifically ask for a manager by name, no one seems willing to take the time to help. I was given a direct phone number to speak with a manager regarding my package currently lost at this facility, yet no one ever answers. I have called repeatedly over multiple days, only to have my calls ignored or intentionally disconnected once it becomes clear that I am calling about a lost package. The last time this happened, it took more than six months to resolve, and despite USPS being at fault, I was reimbursed only a third of the package’s value. I am writing this message because I have completely lost confidence in the level of service provided by the U.S. Postal Service—particularly at the 750 3rd Ave location in Chula Vista, where both of my high-value items have been lost on separate occasions.

This is the worst post office ever. Everyone there has a horrible attitude and is not helpful at all. They never ever answer the phone either and if you show up in person it takes a 2-3 hour wait just to be able to speak to a supervisor to help you. The customer service here is the worst and everyone there needs a training course on how to be a little more curtious and efficient. I personally seen one of the postal workers tell a customer in line to quit their crying and stop whining like a baby. That was said from a post office employee to a customer. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional the man was a senior citizen as well let that sink in

The stupidest people you have ever encountered on the planet work here and then get mad at you for trying to resolve their mistakes. I had a package that is nowhere to be found worth $300 dollars that wasn't delivered because of their mistake. The apparently, according to agents, scanned the address wrong at this facility in transport so they forgot the street number, and my package was unable to be delivered because their driver was so in a rush he tried to do a scam to not get in trouble to pressed delivered before hand actually delivering it. So instead of marking it as having no proper id and having to be sent back, they marked it as delivered in a different zipcode to my address, because apparently they couldn't even get that right, and because of that it has been days and I am receiving virtually no support from this facility and it is impossible to get higher up for help at all. Like everything is your fault and now I'm a broke college student down $300 for god knows how long until they resolve this for me or forever.
