Mail containing sensitive personal information, such as first-class letters, should never be delivered to the wrong person. I am waiting for the U.S. Postal Inspection Service to respond to my report. Depending on the outcome, I will take this case to court. My neighbors often bring me packages—creams and pajamas I ordered for my children—that were wrongly placed in their mailboxes, and each time a different person comes to my door saying, “This was left in my box, but it’s for you.” There’s only one explanation for this: the delivery personnel are not making these mistakes by accident; they are doing it intentionally. I have made more than 20 calls about this issue. I didn’t want anyone to be upset, but someone definitely will be. I will pursue this matter to the very end.
