    I have an overseas package that was handled by this office and was delivered to our old address. Tried to call them 7x but they were not answering so had to go to the office before they closed, and spoke to their staff. The lady in front went to speak with the driver in the back office regarding my parcel and said that they will redeliver it to our new address the next day. They even made a copy of my change of address confirmation letter. I was unable to return to follow-up in office due to work but they returned my parcel to the sender instead. This is problematic given the tariffs and more expensive shipping fees we already pay for. If I can give 0 stars I would. I don’t understand why they did not forward my mail like they’re supposed to, it’s exactly why you file for change of address and there was no way to change the shipping address from the sender’s end.

    Keep trying to call and contact a supervisor because I needed my package before my flight and no one ever answers the phone. Got to the office to speak to the supervisor same thing. Can’t get a hold of one of them.

    This location has a serious issue with how packages are handled. The self-service rotating drop-off bins are constantly backed up because boxes get jammed inside. Many customers drop off multiple large packages at once, which causes everything to get compressed. You can clearly see packages being torn or damaged in the gaps. When I brought this to the cashier’s attention, there didn’t seem to be anyone available to properly address the issue. Despite the building being newly constructed with a redesigned lobby that’s supposed to improve customer service, it has actually made it more difficult to get assistance. It would really help if staff monitored the drop-off bins more frequently to prevent package damage.

    ‼️ 12:30 and the line was bigger than Porto’s but this non-manager post office has 1 clerk who happens to be in a very bad mood , it was lunch time but for some people at the line was also their lunch break. This is an every day occurrence - bad supervisor and their staff

    This place honestly has the worst service to the client that I have ever experienced. They dont care about your time and always have an attitude when you ask for anything. Everytime i come here i know im going to waste at least 1 hour of my time trying to get something simple done bu them. They are so disorganized and i has become a problem in my life . No matter how much you complain about their issues, they make a minimum or no effort to make it better. The place was under construction for a year making it so difficult to have a positive experience from here . They dont care about providing quality service to a loyal client. They have lost many of my packages , some appear weeeeks later and others just get returned before time and they tell you it is all your fault. They have 0 accountability. They dont care about you .
