I arrived to the lobby at 4:42pm for a quick prepaid drop-off at the counter, and they were closed.

I recently went to process my passport in this location and oh my goodness what a experience, Only comment I can add to this experience for this post office (and only for the rude employees); is that if you are unhappy or miserable with your job, don’t retaliate your frustrations with your customers plz There are probably hundreds of ppl that want a job like yours and can easily have excellent customer service.

I should have read previous reviews before going in. This was by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a passport center. The two ladies working there yelled at me when I asked simple clarification questions. They were entitled, rude, and completely unhelpful. I hope they sleep well at night knowing that someone is wishing karma upon them.
