OMG Best facility. 😆 I went to the J and 3rd USPS and that place is a mess; a crazy parking mess. I was in and out in 3 min for service of 3 mailings. AND, I got chocolate kisses. Very nice staff. Thank you

There is NO self service kiosk at this location unlike what the pictures show. But the staff are professional and move the line fast enough.

First of all don't go there right before lunch because they'll hurry your butt out the door. Worst experience at a government office ever, I went to submit the paperwork in order to replace my stolen passport and one of the male associates that was at the desk couldn't be more rude and insensitive to my situation. I wouldn't go as far as calling him racist but he was kind of condescending and profiling. He asked me ( making air quotation marks )So when was your passport "stolen" I think he was trying to imply that I sold it or gave it to somebody but this is the kind of government employees we have serving the people that need their help. very disappointed.
