Worst experience at a government office ever, I went to submit the paperwork in order to replace my stolen passport and one of the male associates that was at the desk couldn't be more rude and insensitive to my situation. I wouldn't go as far as calling him racist but he was kind of condescending and profiling. He asked me ( making air quotation marks )So when was your passport "stolen" I think he was trying to imply that I sold it or gave it to somebody but this is the kind of government employees we have serving the people that need their help. very disappointed.
