Closed at 2:45 pm middle of the day, sign on the door said 'opening at 9 am', clearly never even showed up to work. The whole place was abandoned and lights were off, 0 accountability on whoever works here.

Passport place is HORRIBLE the lady calling names you can’t understand her and even the Spanish speaking people couldn’t understand her. Overly rude I had an appt for 11:45 she didn’t call my name ONCE and said she called numerous times at 12:05 and told me I could come back after lunch 1:30pm. They didn’t start calling names until 2:15pm. Customer service is trash , they either need to change employees or shut down this branch. They argue with customers and say there is no supervisor available when asked for one just ridiculous

If I could give zero stars, I would. We showed up 10 minutes earlier for a passport renewal and we were received seven minutes late; That is unprofessional and disrespectful from the start. The woman who assisted us was rude, ill-mannered, arrogant, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. She asked for our IDs twice. Those are the types of employees and supervisors that lower the high American standards and give a bad name to government employees. They forget that they work for the taxpayers…not the other way around.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. The ladies were rude, unprofessional, and just seem like they hate their job and find ways to redirect it to the customers. Went for the walk-in hours 9-9:45 am and waited until around 9:43 for the lady to say that they are done with the hours and the whole time you can hear them laughing and listening to music in the back, if you read the reviews to see if it’s worth coming here? Don’t even bother, find somewhere else to go.
