  I've been going here for years and the team is SOLID! Fast, Clear, Friendly. One of the guys is quick to recognize me now and it's such a pleasure to walk in and see a big smile "what's up man!". I actually enjoy coming here. Thank you!

  My husband and I walked in to drop some packages to return that already had their shipping label and right from the beginning got nothing but attitude and rudeness by this specific employee working there. She asked for the label and me trying to be nice tried flipping the box since it was very heavy so she can scan the shipping label with an unprofessional attitude said “i need it on the ground either way” . Right away we felt that she was overall having a bad day and was not going to be of much help. She then proceeded to say we cannot accept both packages and made it very difficult as it was taking these packages to the store because it has the same label and me tioned we needed to contact the store .Again there’s a way of talking with customers and she needs either more training or she is just there for a paycheck. I really hope you address this issue and avoid further bad reviews as I have seen for this store. We did not catch her name but she was short colored eyes and red haired braids. I’ve worked in customer service for years and have never encountered a situation like this. In the end there was a confusion with the shipping label from the store got it resolved but again this employee could have said it with a different tone and more professionalism.

  I just got here to that location I say GM and 2 girls where there they did not respond and then she went by the self service machine and try to let me use it with a big attitude no respect and it’s the first time for me to use it was so rude and she make me do everything by myself and even I say thank you she did not answer it was rude she can’t deal with the customer like this and maybe I don’t want to use self machine she have to ask me first she just did not want to work You choose to work there you don’t need to give attitude and they paying you for it they did not pay me to go do my returns then why u there ?you should do the work not me and plus with this attitude not even thank you or at least say sorry we r busy can you please use self and by the way I came early was no body there and 2 girls there don’t know there names and both are rude and no smile nothing Please ups you need to choose nice good service ppl as employees I don’t work for you guys yo pay me self service am sorry this is you guys job pluse if I do it my self and made a mistake who’s gonna be blamed ? Me right why it’s u guys service that’s what u get paid for especially when there is couple ppl out there to work and the store was empty
