  The man that works there is very condescending and rude. Instead of steering me in the correct direction he brushes me off and says whatever.

  This place is a joke from the time you enter the store!!!! Unorganized, unprofessional and the audacity to be Rude at its finest. The 1 star is over stepping it....Ive been to this store 3 times and each time theres an issue with receiving packages....To save the hassle of waiting for them to try and find them after being sent a photo showing that they've been delivered. I requested a refund from the sender, ...Eastlake Can Do Better...Unbelievable!!!

  I have never visited this UPS when boxes aren’t stacked to the ceiling, 2 employees are working the front with a line out the door, kiosks for self service are down, and now the second time I’ve gone and the “system is down” thus no one can do anything... Please give this store additional resources it’s absolutely ridiculous!!

  I went in today 3 Feb of 2026 around 10 am to drop off an Amazon return. The customer service was horrific. There was 2 employees one (employee A) helping customers (about 4 people ahead of me), and one employee (employee B) sorting packages in the back of the store. Employee A seemed to be new she was asking employee B questions as she was helping customers. As employee A went to the back to look for a customer package employee B came to the front to help. Now this where I saw the worse customer service in any UPS store. Employee A started helping me with a return, and mentioned there was going to be an extra charge. It wasn't much, but I was curious because other locations don't charge these fees. So, I asked if the charges was a store policy, and employee B jumps in and states it is not a store policy every UPS charges these fees. I tried to explain this is the first time I was being charged any fees for returning an Amazon package. Employee B stated it was an Amazon policy not a store or UPS policy. Before I could respond employee B left the customer she was helping went to get some UPS made sign that say they charge certain fees. And proceed to over talk me to prove her point. At this point she would let me get a word in, she just bullied her way out if the conversation. All this just to say I hope this UPS store gets a new employee to replace the rude and uncaring individual they have. Oh and she did not charge the customer she was with the fees that I had to pay. I hope UPS is really reading these reviews because this store has a very low rating even before my review.

  I read through the reviews before coming in, so my expectations were fairly low, but I’m always willing to give a place a fair shot. The store is packed wall-to-wall with boxes, which appear to be primarily Amazon returns. The sheer volume of these returns seems to make the jobs of the staff significantly more difficult and demanding. While having two people at the front desk may have worked in the past, the current workload, especially from Amazon returns alone, appears to overwhelm what would otherwise be routine UPS day-to-day operations. The self-service kiosk is a good idea in theory, but from what I observed, many customers either don’t know it exists or don’t know how to use it, so they end up waiting in line anyway. I personally used the kiosk, but the label printer jammed. Fortunately, I was able to fix it myself; however, many customers likely wouldn’t be able to. That situation would either pull an employee away from the counter to troubleshoot or force the customer to abandon the kiosk and wait in line, adding to congestion. Overall, the reviews seem to have merit. That said, the issues appear to stem less from employee effort and more from a staffing shortage paired with an overwhelming workload that leaves little bandwidth for customer service.
