- JFJoe FinchOct 22, 20251.0Went in the other day to drop off a couple of Amazon returns and there was a group of us standing there. There are only two self-service stations and one of them was out of shipping label paper so couldn't use it. I went up to the counter to get assistance and stood there for 15 minutes waiting for assistance, but no one came to the front. Also, there are mounds of return clutter on both sides of the office. I wouldn't even be sure my return would get properly sent back. This is my third time experiencing very poor customer service issues with this office. I am going to let Amazon know not to make this location a return spot option and also going to let UPS know this franchisee is giving them a bad name. Highly recommend you use a different location.

- JMJill MOct 15, 20252.0I was there to make a return to an online store and I was unsure about whether I prepared my package for return correctly and asked the gentleman at the front if I did. He responded to me rudely and told me I did things wrong. I apologized and said I must have missed instructions if there were any. He went on to accuse me of lying and said he can see all the instructions that popped up for me once he scanned my package. My problem isn’t him telling me I prepared my package wrong. It’s the way he handled things. Even if a customer confuses things and does something wrong, it’s not right to accuse them of doing things that happen to inconvenience you on purpose. He also turned to his coworker and laughed after he accused me, which overall just was uncomfortable and uncalled for.
