I don't know what the circumstances were for that situation to occur. But David handled, multiple customers, copies, mailing, complicated items for customers, receiving drop offs from Amazon and greeting new customers and ensuring them he would help shortly in a matter of minutes. David is the 5 Star. I hope working alone is not the norm as that would be too much for anyone after a while. Thank you David, you deserve the best.
- DHDave HansonOct 4, 20221.0Employee who's a notary didn't bring her notary supplies. Also, the other notary that was supposed to be there until 5pm left a few hours early. Four family members met from various parts of the county to execute trust documents, but couldn't. We wasted time and gas. Furthermore, the employee on duty was unapologetic and unhelpful (unless asked).
