- BMBenita MartinezJul 22, 20251.0This place is a joke . I water dispenser wasn't operating correctly so i called primo to have it replaced. The guy drops off a big box with the dispenser on the porch, never knocks and doesn't take the broken one. We go to plug in the new one and smoke is coming out the back of it. Again i call and the people from primo are outsourcing their calls to the philippines
