They were very knowledgeable and thorough when discussing options for our printing requests. The turnaround was in a timely fashion and the product turned out great! We won't hesitate to continue business at this location.

I expressed my frustration with being charged by the minute to use the computer - very slow and wouldn’t take my password multiple times. Charged $7 and only got one-page printed (time ran out so computer restarted and I had to pay again). He acted like he was fully aware of the problem and gave me some lame excuse about it being for public use (or something like that) so there was nothing he could do. Basically, his response to everything was either I don’t know or there is “literally” nothing I can do, the opposite of customer service. He should be required to take a training class. The young female was much more personable and friendly. We won’t be back to use the printers at Kinko’s.

I want to acknowledge that David and Massimo the team showed a lot of patience, especially when I let my frustration get the better of me. I’m embarrassed to admit that I lost my temper, but I really appreciate how understanding they were throughout the process.
