  Crappy customer service. I had a shipping label that usps damaged Qr code was still good but one the ladys (older hispanic woman with glasses) was too lazy and instanly said she couldnt repring and wont ship even thoug both qr codes are still good. Just plain lazy woman.

  Chino post office is very helpful just mail or passport photos etc. Or just have a question. Friendy and helpful

  The website clearly states that this post office accepts walk-ins, yet when I arrived the employee immediately asked if I had an appointment. That shouldn’t matter during walk-in hours. It felt like she was looking for a reason not to assist me because she was trying to go to lunch. There were other workers present, so that shouldn’t have been an issue. I waited in line only to be turned away and told they do not take walk-ins for new passports, which is not stated anywhere on the website. If that is the policy, it needs to be clearly posted online and communicated to customers before they waste their time. I work down the street and use this post office often. I have personally seen them assist other walk-ins before for new passports, which makes it seem like they pick and choose who they want to help. This location really needs better training and clearer communication with customers.

  We made two passport appointments, but each time they were cancelled with excuses like "staff shortage" or "system malfunction." We are traveling with a young child, and this is really difficult. If an appointment is given, the service should be provided. Please be more organized in this regard.

  The man working that helped me, whoever clerk 21 is, was incredibly rude, made me fill out both sides of my envelope because it was done "too large" only to cover it up with stickers, but only before being sure to very aggressively bend my package back and forth multiple times likely ruining the stickers inside of it. Just another lovely reason why running a business costs so much money. Now ill have to not only pay for more shipping but to replace damaged product. Also, the reason I had to rewrite it was because he TOLD me to write it in to, from format, and then said, no it needs to be from, to. What a jerk 🙃
