I received a call this morning saying that they didn't have a spiral large enough for my textbook and she was asking to split my textbook into two separate pieces. I called back and asked them to leave that book untouched so I could have it done somewhere else, but the employee had already despined AND hole punched my textbook. I asked what other alternative options I have to work with to which she offered me no other option, so in reality there really was no point in calling me and asking what to do when you had already decided to mess up my $150 textbooks. I then proceed to ask about the other spirals they have, which would have worked for my textbook had they taken the proper time to evaluate it. The entire encounter she did not even SEEM apologetic and almost as if she was blaming ME for this problem, saying that next time I should specifically ask for a spiral bind.... which funny enough, I DID ask for yet somehow ended up with the incorrect binding on $150 textbooks. Attached is a photo of what I was expecting and a photo of what I ultimately ended up receiving disappointedly. This was extremely frustrating and I do not recommend using their services here, especially seeing that one of their employees couldn't even tell at a glance that the binding they chose would not be sufficient for my textbook and ultimately ruining very costly books for me lol.
