  Had a paper lamination done here a while ago but there was a crease on portion! And there is no way to reverse the mistake. Staff here is plain sloppy. Please make sure your staff is trained on all aspects.

  Joey is a God send, literal angel! I had a lot to print, but had 2 forms of payment, and attempted to print on the machine, but it wasnt going to print all 36 items at once or even 2 at a time. She was super helpful and helped me get all my copies quickly and was sooo kind the entire time! Definitely your best team member I've worked with at this location and I'm in here every once in a while when I need something printed. Will continue to use this location for all my printing!

  I had a great experience at the Chino location with a very nice young lady named Rose. She was kind, friendly and helpful and had excellent customer service. A very pleasant experience with her and so refreshing considering most interactions with youth in customer service these days is horrible. Most will barely look at you and don’t know how to speak to adults. Rose was exactly what customer service should look like. Good job to her parents and her boss. Thank you, Rose. Keep up the good work!

  Customer service is terrible here. And there is a woman by the name of Korynn that has major attitude problems and is specially difficult to talk to and will make your life infinitely difficult. They also charged twice as much for shipping then other locations and it seems like nobody knows what's going on. One of the worst locations do not come here!
