- JCJoshua ChanFeb 21, 20261.0Been using fedex with my ebay account for 20 years! Walked in to buy a $2 8x8x8 box like ive done at 100s of locations before. Assistant manager Steve ( since 2020 lmao) said he can pack it for me. Mentions nothing about cost. Then charges me $11.58. When questioned.... Proceeds to tell me other locations didnt do it right. Did I wanna buy tape? This tape is for us? Wow!!!! When every other locations lets you use the tape for free? First off you should let customers know there is a charge before you pack up there items. Regardless of what your doing. Second im hoping they promote you to CFO. Your efforts save this company millions of dollars per year. At your location alone the volume is so large that it make it one of the most profitable location in the entire nation. 8x8x8 boxes are costly to tape closed! STEVE is the best Assistant manager since 2020 fedex office ship & print has ever seen. Please people give this man a raise he saved the company 3ft of tape while increasing there profit margin on a single transaction $7.20. If this is implemented a million times a day across all locations nationwide 365 days a year fedex would gross $26,280,000,000 more per year! Genius why is he assistant manager?promotion due! Also give him stock options and dividends please!!!!
