  The store and the service is fine. What really irritated me is I had to pay $1+ tax for taping up a box! I had to ship back my corporate laptop as they sent me a new one...I hsd the box, the bubble wrap, the shipping label in advance. I have used this location before because it's close to My house🏠 But now I have to pay $1.00 + tax for packing tape?!? This is super annoying...it's not even the money. It would have been nice to know in advance. I have packing tape at home.. And what's even more irritating is that they don't even have a proper line item in their POS system. It's just listed as misc taxable. ANNOYING!!!!.

  Wasn't a nice experience with this store. I had to return a heavy package but the employee was pulling some damn rule to bubble wrap and double box it. Come on! its 40 pound steel plate in company provided original box and doesn't need an extra protection. I took it to a different UPS store and they were able to help me out.

  Bad attitude. And always trying to get money from you when you return here, all other ups stores have good services, and small tape for you free, here they charge everything , even you already packed in original, they still find a way try to charge you for little things. even just use a small tape.
