- PPpjekoo1Feb 9, 20265.0Not sure what's with all the bad reviews here.. I thought the Chino Hills Post Office is one of the best, it is clean, employees are friendly and fast. I read some of the reviews and I can see these reviews are written by people with attitudes. Example: blaming the post office when it is your responsibility to make sure your packges are secured BEFORE you go to the post office, blaming the postal workers when YOU put the wrong address, blaming the postal worker for not scanning your packages when YOU can scan your own packges using the kiosk, and then leave it on the counter or put it through the drop off. Almost everything can be done at usps.com, so try to do what you can online before going to the post office, it will make everyone less stressed.

No matter what mood you’re in, the workers here always seem to have a bad attitude and are surprisingly rude. It makes no sense it’s their job, they’re getting paid for it, yet the customer service is consistently unpleasant. I now drive to the Pomona location instead and the difference is huge. It’s fast, the staff is friendly and you can tell they actually enjoy their jobs. Save yourself the frustration :)
