No matter what mood you’re in, the workers here always seem to have a bad attitude and are surprisingly rude. It makes no sense it’s their job, they’re getting paid for it, yet the customer service is consistently unpleasant. I now drive to the Pomona location instead and the difference is huge. It’s fast, the staff is friendly and you can tell they actually enjoy their jobs. Save yourself the frustration :)

Mail is being dropped off an mailboxes that don't match the address on the correspondence not once but twice. We receive other peoples mail that has already been marked by resident "delivered to wrong address" only for to be dropped off to the next wrong mailbox. We receive two utilities bills at one time, because the first bill was lost and eventually returned and mailed with the late notice. Just recently we had an email that 4 correspondence was being delivered but we only received 3 and our box is locked, so our check is probably in someone else's mailbox. Who knows how many items we have missing. My veteran sons medications were also delivered to a wrong address. This needs to be looked into and people need to be retrained or lose their jobs. This is not acceptable service and if leadership can resolve they need to be replaced.
