  Bad attitude. And always trying to get money from you when you return here, all other ups stores have good services, and small tape for you free, here they charge everything , even you already packed in original, they still find a way try to charge you for little things. even just use a small tape.

  Hands down the worst UPS store in Chino/Chino Hills area. Nick, who family supposedly owns the place will belittle if you make any mistake or correct him when he's in the wrong. I have been to this location for years and every time I am in line, he is always talking down to customers and even making fun of them. He is also constantly harassing and flirting with women. He makes it extremely uncomfortable there and surprise no one has filed a complaint with corporate. But if his family truly owns this business, then that is why nothing has been done. The other employees already quit because the way he acts and harassed the past lady employees. Such a sad situation there. No wonder why they don't hire anyone or can't find anyone to work there. He is very disgusting and if his family truly cared about their business succeeding, he needs to go asap. The drivers that pick up can't stand him either. I hear them every time complaining about him when I walk by them. Him and the other employee Kim always butt heads. It's a mess there but Nick is truly the problem.

  This store definitely has a low star rating for a reason. There was a petty old man on a power trip there who was awful to interact with. Go to literally any other UPS.
