- DSDoc SargeSep 24, 20251.0Went to this UPS store for the second time today to give them another chance. But the lady with the dark hair was very rude again. Would not recommend using this UPS store and will definitely not return. This all stemmed from an Amazon return of 7 items. Was told by this employee that we needed to purchase two boxes to return the Amazon items, even though the items were in individual sealed boxes. I just spoke with Amazon. They stated “additional packaging is not required. As long as the items are in their original packaging, they can be returned”. Your store is misleading people in order to make more money. This is reprehensible. I would like to be contacted by either the Manager or Owner of this store, and refunded the $35.30 I was required to pay by your employees. And yes, I do have the transcript of my conversation with Amazon (see screenshot attached).

I had to come to this place from la for the past three days and being rejected because they “couldn’t” find my package, But that changed when T actually looked up the order number and went to the back and found it somewhere but anyway made my day! Without him this place would definitely be out of order and disorganized. He put that store back together by himself! Definitely come back just for him! Such an icon! Thank you T!!!
