Horrible customer service. I just left... 1 worker at the counter. They need to hire someone asap. Long lines everytime. He wants you to use the self checkout? Why so you can't hire another worker?

I went in on a very busy Friday morning and the line was almost out the door. Anthony was the only worker up front, and I was genuinely amazed by his patience and kindness with every single customer. Even under pressure, he stayed calm, friendly, and helpful. He never rushed anyone and made sure each person was taken care of. Anthony is a real asset to this UPS Store.

Ups sucks. I paid extra to have it to my baby before xmas, they say Dec 26, she waits foe it i get not until the 29th late in the day, when my baby is working, so it will COST ME 11.96 TO CHANGE THE TIME TO TUESDAY OR 7.96 TO HOLD IT IN THE STORE. So...I'll let the jeweler know that I will never buy from them again if they cannot guarantee that they will not use UPS. No...Bueno. and...no class.
