Guy walks in at closing time saying he needed to print something, sign it and then send it back to someone. The process to print from you phone here takes about 10 minutes. The manager told the guy he was sorry but they could stay open for that long and the guy starting pointing at the young girl working saying that since she had said he could they had to let him. The manager, who was professional throughout tried to explain how long it would take and the guy didn't want to listen. I got out of there as my printing was done. But I heard the guy yelling as he was leaving that they would being getting a bad review everywhere for this. That made me feel I should leave a good for the people who always help me and have been nothing but nice every time I come in.

Front desk said that it would be OK to proceed with my task and they would simply lock the front door while i finished. Then at 7 on the dot manager told me I had to leave and that they couldn't let me finish. I explained it was time sensitive but no empathy to let me complete a 5 minuet job. Front desk then denied ever telling me to proceed. While letting not letting me finish was frustrating, what bothered me most was the lie that they never told me I could proceed initially. Bad employees at an otherwise nice facility.
- RVRomeo ValentinoFeb 17, 20264.0Not the friendliest place but they are quick and easy when it comes to sending packages out. I haven’t used any of their other services but they seem to be pretty busy at all of the departments. Parking is kind of a nightmare so it’s best to go during off hours.
