So that’s it, nothing I can do except to take the loss on it. Based on other reviews regarding lost packages, I wouldn’t doubt that there’s some sort of corruption involved with this particular branch.

They contacted me within 10 minutes and had someone at the mailbox within another five! Extremely helpful turned a very stressful situation into an easy one and both the gentleman were extremely kind!

- JVJake VilhaOct 6, 20251.0Got told by three different staff members three different things about forwarding an address and had to make three different trips and still didn’t get it done correct because of being told I needed my car policy printed out but yet then they wouldn’t accept that after they said they would and then they needed a piece of mail from my old address and that wouldn’t work so then they need my rental agreement. So obviously not everyone’s on the same page at the post office in Chico. Will not be renting a PO Box from this branch. Thanks for saving me 140 bucks for not going with you guys.
