  Saturday 10th at 1:45, The male employee was obnoxious, kept laughing, rolling his eyes and refused to scan in my package. So, unprofessional and immature. Bottom line, I used the kiosk and my package was lost and never mailed out. Thank God for Amazon because I kept my receipt, proving that I dropped it off at UPS. This guy should be fired. I've been coming to this location for 5 years and have NEVER had any problems before. Give his job to someone who actually wants to work.

  While there may be occasional wait times, the staff consistently demonstrates professionalism and strives to optimize efficiency for the customers. This location represents a commendable option among UPS service centers.

  I went to this location to return some Amazon items. I don’t normally return Amazon items here because I’ve found Kohl’s to be very easy. However, on one item, Amazon only gave me UPS as an option. So a few smaller returns I also chose to do at the UPS store so I could do it all at once. I had the original boxes despite the return saying it was not required. There was a line with a few people and two men working. They were slow, paid zero attention to the line of customers and despite the line, one walked in the back for a few minutes. When I realized the kiosk could be used for Amazon I went and scanned my return codes. Printed labels and just needed to tape the boxes closed to put the label on. I went over to the desk to hand them over and just asked to tape the box. The employee told me I was asking a lot and that the expectation was that boxes come taped. I told him the Amazon return said it wasn’t required but I brought my boxes anyway. He told me we charge a dollar to tape the boxes but I’ll just do it this time. All the while , the other employee walked out with an arrogant I don’t care attitude as he finally called to help the next person in line. I realize the holidays and post holidays are busy, but being paid to be there and not even remotely caring about the customers waiting is appalling. It makes me never want to do back to that store for anything. Ever.
