- JJJustinOct 22, 20251.0This happened Sunday evening, Oct 19, 2025. I paid for a custom print job that wasn’t finished. When I asked why, the employee admitted it wasn’t done, then suddenly said they “shouldn’t have placed my order at the front,” and after I asked for a complaint form, he refused service even though I’d already paid. He said they’d move my job to the back of the line and that I’d have to come another day — then threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave. That’s not customer service; that’s intimidation. It’s gaslighting and abuse of authority. Law enforcement should never be used to silence paying customers. My 12-year-old witnessed it, along with other families. When I called corporate, they apologized, admitted policy violations, and said to “start over” with the store manager, Robert. Robert was worse — rude, dismissive, and defensive when I told him I was recording the call (which is legal and FedEx records calls too). A manager should de-escalate, not escalate. This location has a high turnover, awful reviews, and zero accountability. FedEx Corporate needs to retrain or replace management immediately. Chico deserves better than this behavior.
