I give my address and phone number. They say they'll call me, but they never do. The time limitations of filing a claim have exceeded. I've seen other reviews with people losing pkgs. They really need to be investigated.

He was very informative, kind great personality and I was very satisfied with my experience at the post office. I also want to commend the other sales associates at the window during my transaction. They seem to be very informative with both their customers and very helpful in resolving what issues presented them. Thanks again for the great service.
