    I have had a host of issues with this company. They had some kind of update to their payment system in January. Suddenly, my card wasn't working in their system, though it was working everywhere else. It took almost a month and 5 separate calls to them to find out that for some reason my card was marked as being attached a closed account. I checked with my bank and the issue was definitely with Primo's system, and not my card. The finally got the payment issue resolved after call number 5. The other issue is that the dispensers they rent now are faulty. I've had this service for a few about 3 years, and the dispenser I had for the first 2 and a half years worked fine for that time. They about 6 months ago, the cold water tap started hiccuping and wasn't a steady stream anymore. They have since had to replace my dispenser 3 times, with each one having the same issue after a few weeks. After this happened with the 3rd dispenser in about 5 months, I called them again for a replacement. This time, the dispenser they dropped off almost immediately leaked all of the water from the tank I just refilled it with. When I called to cancel my service, they told me that they can pick up the two dispensers that are now at my apartment and the empty water bottles. But they are refusing to pick up the full bottles that I can't use. I hate this company! I also hate that they have a monopoly in my area and it's nearly impossible to find a local company to work with instead.

    Primo Brands is one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. Ever since they took over our previous water company, it has been nothing but horrible customer service. We have had missed deliveries with no explanation as well as missed deliveries where they claimed they actually delivered and tried to charge us. I have had to request water dispenser replacements twice in the past year. The first scheduled replacement time the they brought water with no dispenser. The driver said they gave all their dispensers away already and had no record of a replacement needed for our location. We had to wait another week or two before a dispenser was just randomly dropped off. That replacement dispenser stopped working around a month ago so I scheduled a replacement again. Primo did not show up on that day either, so we still have no working dispenser. After failing to get us a working dispenser in a timely manner, I cancelled our service. I requested that we not be charged for the dispenser rental for the last month since it hadn’t been working, and the customer service agent refused, saying “No. You have to pay for it.” They said that since I was cancelling my service, they weren’t going to give me any credit for the defective dispenser. Will never consider these crooks again for our business. Being the biggest operator doesn’t mean anything if you are the worst and treat your customers like garbage.

    DO NOT get Primo for your home bottled water service if you value customer service, expect reliability and consistent water bottle deliveries on a date certain with advance courtesy notices which allow you ample time to put out your empties well ahead of their delivery. Primo equals ZEROcustomer service and erratic and inconsistent deliveries at best, without proper prior notice. Our deliveries were consistently provided on the same day of the month with Ready Refresh. Starting shortly after their parent company merged with Primo Brands, Primo’s water delivery service experience has simply been a nightmare. Primo can’t seem to be able togive us a date certain each month when our water will be dropped off. Delivery dates are changed by Primo, they cancel them without explanation or they unilaterally switch delivery days without regard to the customer’s needs or consultation with the customer. Their service is erratic and irregular at best and their idea of proper notice is sending a tex 15 minutes before the bottles are dropped off, without any previous notice whatsoever. As a result of the lack of their random deliveries and lack of proper prior notice, you’ll quickly end up with large empty water bottles cluttering your home, since they won’t even come back to pick up empties and their customer service is nonexistent.

    Sadly we had to cancel after 8 months for non existent service and when they did deliver it wasn’t what we ordered. During my cancellation the rep couldn’t care less then asked if someone else in the family would like to take over?? Why would I transfer my terrible service to a family member? This was a waste to begin with.

    Worst service I ever experienced. The ONLY department of this company that works is the one that takes your money. But their app is useless and never works and shows conflicting info page to page and the delivery drivers don’t read delivery instructions and that is IF they even try to deliver to begin with. Service for two months only got 1 delivery. Luckily. Because they just left everything outside on the sidewalk In Front of a closed business in a strip mall at 7am next to homeless camp.
