    Sadly we had to cancel after 8 months for non existent service and when they did deliver it wasn’t what we ordered. During my cancellation the rep couldn’t care less then asked if someone else in the family would like to take over?? Why would I transfer my terrible service to a family member? This was a waste to begin with.

    Worst service I ever experienced. The ONLY department of this company that works is the one that takes your money. But their app is useless and never works and shows conflicting info page to page and the delivery drivers don’t read delivery instructions and that is IF they even try to deliver to begin with. Service for two months only got 1 delivery. Luckily. Because they just left everything outside on the sidewalk In Front of a closed business in a strip mall at 7am next to homeless camp.

    DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE ! Aside from reusable bottles they bring with plastic and dirt floating in there - Absolutely the worst service ever ! Been a customer for a year and not once they delivered my water on time - some times they delivered and didn’t pick up the empty bottles, each time made me take the bottles outside and have them sit there for a week or two !!! In an apartment building !!! Disgusting absolutely disgusting , never once updated on being late, one time the driver delivered waters on the random day at 7pm so I wasn’t able to take the bottles outside and just had an apartment full of empty bottles !!! Terrible!

    If i could give 0 stars i would !!! This company has gone downhill since switching from ready refresh to primo brands delivery !! The customer service is horrible, the delivery drivers are rude and the delivery service is trash. They have been canceling our orders when scheduled without even calling us! We have been without water for 2 months !! We were supposed to receive free service due to a driver delivering the wrong water and overcharging us and being rude and they keep canceling the service and now saying theyre charging us! Be carful ! Currently canceling this account and going elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I’ve been a Ready Refresh customer for over 3 years, and everything was fine until March when my deliveries suddenly stopped. I waited for months thinking it would be resolved, and finally in June I called to cancel. It took over 3 hours on hold just to speak with someone and officially cancel my account. Fast forward; I am STILL being charged every month, even though I cancelled. I have emailed multiple times, and they simply don’t respond. I refuse to sit on the phone for another 3 hours just to say the same thing again. This company is like a gym membership you can’t escape; they keep charging you even after you cancel. If you value your time, money, and sanity, do not sign up for Ready Refresh.
