  I wish I could give zero stars. I never leave reviews, but the employees there specifically today (3/20/26) are incredibly rude, the store is an absolute mess and it’s just unorganized. I know we all have bad days but this store is like that 99% of the time. Don’t take a customer service job if you don’t want to interact with people.

  My package was stuck here for over a week. Every time I tried to reach someone by phone, I always get hung up on after 1hr wait time. Currently, I am on the phone waiting again while writing this. I am just going to drive there tomorrow and see what's going on with my package if I couldn't reach someone right now. Edit: Spoke with Darshan and he told me that something is wrong since my package last scanned at their location on 3/10 and have not been delivered yet. He told me to reach out to the sender to file a claim. I just send an email to the sender before writing this "Edit" portion. Looks like someone from UPS, in this location, stole my mail. Contact UPS's Public Relations per Owner Update: They sung the same toon. Michael Jeffers, the UPS representative for the case, said that the package does not generate at the UPS store. Which does not make sense because it was showed as scanned into the system in Cerritos. Good news is the sender file a claim and send me my refund. To be honest, I don't think UPS ever investigated the situation. I have NOT seen a review where UPS found thieves or lost items in their stores.

  This store has always lacked customer service, but my experience yesterday made it so I will never go to this location again. I walked in yesterday morning to drop off an Amazon package. I was not greeted and when I asked for help, they pointed at their new self help kiosk. Ironically, at the end of using the self “help” kiosk, the automated messages says it makes drop offs quicker, but it’s much quicker to hand a person my package while they scan the code. I will be going to the Artesia location in the future…the customer service is much better there.

  We've been coming here for a couple decades for shipping needs, and never have any issues. We also use their mailbox service. The staff might not be the friendliest but they provide professional service whenever we need help.

  The 2 young men that work at this location are very friendly and professional. I’ve never had a bad experience here.
