- EZenid zaragozaJul 30, 20251.0Old white lady with thick glasses doesn’t know how to talk to customers she was rude to everyone and didn’t want to give me a receipt for packages that are already prepaid for she didn’t have to do anything but give me a receipt and gave me a hard time this was the first time out of all the years I’ve been shipping stuff out this was the first time anyone gave me a hard time about a prepaid package with correct labels on it don’t think she’s the right person for the job if she’s not not doing work correctly and being rude towards every individual she encounters role/position should be re-evaluated at that point she should know better given her age I find it crazy how many people walked away unhappy before I even went up

He is very clearly there in the photos that are one minute apart I might add, the lights are on and then off.. what is going on??? Why are you hiding from work? I clearly saw you come from behind the wall and then duck back behind it as if you’re scared to start working. It’s Saturday and your business is OPEN please respect my time and don’t play games with customers. Us customers are why you even have a job at all.
