    I had really rude & disappointing experience with staff today. Sarcastic and she assume because I looked Hispanic. Disappointed because she was Hispanic herself. She assume I only spoke Spanish. When i questioned her she challenge the conversation & got sarcastic. She had me tape the box. I went to my car to get tape. I was ready to be assisted. She had her coworker help me. Lack of ethics, professionalism & respect. When I was leaving she very sarcastic said, have good day. Very fake! I didn’t see name tag. I hope manager sees this post.
