- JAJohn ArsonAug 31, 20251.0Unorganized and unprofessional regarding vandalism claims on mailbox. My whole neighborhood has not been receiving mail for weeks. No notice of said issues regarding our mail box etc. this place should be investigated. Tracking says customer requested to hold mail which I never did. Are they to lazy to deliver?
- RRRachel RuizSep 5, 20241.0I just went in to get a bill meter mailed out and the guy that helped me was so terribly rude to me for no reason whatsoever. No hello, no thank you, no eye contact. My total was 73 cents, I gave him a dollar and he couldn't even be bothered to put my change in my hand. He dropped it onto the counter without so much as even glance up at me. Didn't get his name but he's clerk # 18. Just do your job. You have no reason to be so offput by such a simple task and God forbid you have to actually interact with someone.

Clerk 11 on 7-29-19 was so rude I know her name but I don’t want to publicly disclose her. Her way of treating customers what I found was different by there race & color, I usually don’t complaint that quick but this lady is really something else.
