- PPPedroAug 28, 20251.0says my package was delivered in or at the mailbox at 2:15pm I come to see it’s not there I don’t know if they accidentally delivered it to someone else’s mailbox or what I’ve asked my neighbors and they haven’t received anything and it sucks because these people don’t care about what happens to your package you can’t even get in contact with anybody just horrible customer service!!!

I was trying to fill my envelope and this employee that I took a photograph of just snaps at me and tells me " not to do it there because her counter was open" really?? You didn't have to be so abrasive and idiotic about it for goodness sake. She needs to take some happy pills or something. The customer service is absolutely disgusting. If any of you people want to be treated like a five-year-old child??? by all means go here. This is the reason why the US Post Office is going downhill like it is. Obviously the low rating on google speaks for itself. They treat their customers like garbage. #neveragain. Peace!
