  Minimum weight time right in an open package, but the lady didn’t close it, when my son received the package, the loose tape was open and there was a dent in the title of the spot. That’s been rough, but I know what to do better next my fault.

  This UPS location is located in a large plaza so parking is really easy. There’s an employee there named Cora who is the best! She’s always smiling, greeting everyone who comes in, thanking you when you leave, and she’s super efficient. I’ve gone in there on a Monday morning right when they open with the line out the door. Cora was the only one working and she knocked it out of the ballpark. Our wait time was minimal and she even stopped to replenish a receipt roll in one of the machines for a customer in the middle of it all. I know this UPS location has gotten low ratings in the past, but things have changed for the better all thanks to employees like Cora! I hope her company/boss is reading this and knows that she is a valuable addition to not only the company/store but to our community!

  This site is top tier in customer service. The location is bright, organized and always clean. The associates always greet me with a smile and every customer I’ve seen come in behind me. I go out of my way to come to this location!

  Very attentive staff. Line was 5-6 deep and they cleared it in just a few minutes. I went there to print something in color. Their email system was slow, so I told them I would come back in 15-20 minutes after picking up a few things from Lucky's and getting a coffee. When I got back they had the printouts ready for me and gave me a. considerable discount for the delay. It's nice to visit a place where staff takes such pride in their work. Really can't thank Nicholas enough.
