But then I thought about it… life is already tough, the economy isn’t easy, and it doesn’t feel right to take it out on the people who are just trying to do their jobs in a difficult system. So instead, I’m giving 5 stars — not because everything was perfect, but to encourage the workers who show up every day and keep things moving despite all the challenges. I hope things get better for both the service and the employees. Hang in there, and thank you for your hard work.
