- ABAmanda Bartley1 day ago1.0Missing a vitamin delivery. Delivery said delivered at 234pm to mailbox which I thought wasn't correct because I have no mailbox. So I rush over get there at 324 and not a package or mail in site. So I call up there a woman with a very heavy accent picks up and tells me she will take my number down and contact the carrier and call me back in an hour. It's March 4th and not one call and now no one is answering so I am on my pretty little way up there because why are you lying saying you made a delivery when you in fact did not? They'll hire anybody which is obvious just look at the whitehouse. Point made. Please delivery package. It's 1044am I'll be there soon
- JJJohnFeb 9, 20265.0This is hands down the best USPS location in the East Bay, in my opinion. I’ve visited multiple locations in the area, and this one stands out. The manager here is actually involved — both with the staff and with customers. At other USPS locations I’ve visited, it’s nearly impossible to get support from a manager. But at the Castro Valley branch, the manager was on site and actively helping. I was able to get everything I needed taken care of smoothly. Overall, it was a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future shipping needs.
- MSmaria segundoJan 13, 20261.0Estoy muy molesta enojada hace 3 meses me dejaron un paquete abierto pero cerrado con tape le sacaron prendas solo dejaron una sola y fue tanto papeleo requisitos para q me rembolsaran mi dinero q lo perdi al final ...ahora este dia lo volvieron a hacer pedi q pesaran mi paquete y resulta q le faltaban 6 libras otra ves al parecer abren las bolsas y cierran con tape porq las veces q me ha pasado se nota q no es roto por maquina si no q el corte se ve hecho por tijera o algo preciso dejo la foto para q vean ojala hagan cambios y miren bien el personal que tienen haciendo mal el servicio... porque no hacen nada para que esto no pase... yo ya no pedire nada por correo ya no confio en el servicio. Muy mal ...
