I had the WORST cashier ever in life at this post office. Ms. Keyes actually yelled at the man in front of me in line and myself. Pointed her finger to the door and said "you have to go outside to finish filling that out and if you arent done by 5:59 you are.outta luck cause we are locking you out. "You might as well take that home to fill out neatly cause I dont want no scribble scrabble on the box". I that i was being punked or it was some kind of prank because I could not imagine anyone speaking to a customer that way. From now on its UPS. Post office staff is trash for the most part. This woman wins the prize for the nastiest employee. I cant imagine working with someone so horrible.

On particular older lady was beyond rude and disrespectful to me and other guest. Her tone very demeaning and emotional. We didn’t do anything but use posts office to write down some things. I don’t get why nobody is paying attention to this location

MsKeyes at the carson location, I was here to do a return, waiting patiently. She was already giving attitude to the girl before us. She told us if we could use the kiosk if we have a barcode (which we don't) and I told her " I don't have one & its okay, I'm already in line I don't mind. " She was still being sarcastic & acting superior to me and my partner. When it was my turn, she already treated me and my fiancé (both of us hispanic) with attitude. I get that you hate your job, but nobody was giving you attitude, we want to just drop off your package and go with respect. But once you break that respect, we have issues and l'll make sure to be a Karen that I have to be. After viewing the reviews at this location, looks like it's not the first time she's done this. So I went ahead and emailed to USPS personnel report and best believe I will make sure she gets a penalty or termination because this is NOT how you treat people. I made sure to get her name as well. Re-Train your employees or find another job if you aren't happy. Because once we left, the person behind us happened to be african american and she greeted them with such a different energy. I don't know if she's just racist or plain bitter that she woke up on the wrong side of the bed. But we don't need this type of energy and behavior in the world that's already full of hate. Trust and believe you will get the punishment & justice deserved.

I have never been treated as horrible as I was today at this post office. I was insulted by the woman that refused to give her name. Ms Keys. I see nothing but bad behavior from the same person in all the reviews. Why isn’t anything ever done. I do not trust her at all.The camera footage from the post office needs to be reviewed.. I drop packages every week and I only need to buy tape occasionally. No excuse for this continuous behavior. The location works best for me & I shouldn’t have to change locations. I will file a complaint with corporate & maybe we need to talk to the mayor of Carson. She gave a personal attack my looks. I have never made a review in my life. Today I am. The worst part is the other Post Office has worse reviews but they are about the same Ms Keys. I don’t even want to give 1 star.
